Dental Care Group Quality Assurance Programme
We, at Dental Care Group value the trust our patients place in our dental treatment services. We are delighted that we can provide you assurance regarding the quality of our dental services.
It warms our hearts to be able to give certainty through our Dental Care Quality Assurance Programme for certain procedures done at respective Dental Care clinics.
Please discuss with your respective dentist to see if your treatment qualifies for the Quality Assurance Programme before the start of your treatment!

Invisalign Comprehensive 5 Years Dental Care Quality Assurance
Only valid for INVISALIGN COMPREHENSIVE treatment, which commences at start of treatment.
Treatment is deemed complete when agreed upon by both parties and retainers are made.
Additional refinements made this (eg. relapse when retainers are not worn) will incur an administrative fee of $360 (before GST) for refinements within the 5 years warranty period.
After commencement of the INVISALIGN FULL treatment, all consultations, attachments, adjustments and teeth adjustments (IPR) are covered.
Does not apply to transfer cases.

Implant 10 Years Dental Care Quality Assurance
Entire implant process has been done at one of our Dental Care Group clinics.
Dental Care Assurance may be void if additional procedures (ie bone graft) have been recommended.
Implant prosthesis (crown, bridge, overdenture) is under 1 year warranty

Dentures 1 Year Dental Care Quality Assurance
These will not cover breakage of clasps under function
Denture adjustments will be covered
Breakage of denture when dropped is not covered
Dentures have to be maintained as prescribed by the Dental Care Group dentists.

Crown and Bridge 5 Years Dental Care Quality Assurance
This Dental Care Assurance will encompass any breakages or dislodgement under normal function.
The Dental Care Assurance will not cover the breakage of a tooth underneath should the tooth be weakened or cracked initially.
Root canal treatments after the provision of the crown are not covered.
Possible situations that may lead to a void of the Dental Care Quality Assurance
Recommended dental visits are missed. These are usually carried out every 6 months but may be sooner if the gum conditions need more attention.
Negligence of dental oral hygiene by patients. If the dentists’ professional guidance is not followed accordingly by the patient (example: Not using Nightguard).
Unforeseen infection from other teeth or other causes
Accidental trauma to the face and head area resulting in damage of teeth or restorations.
Oral Hygiene has been neglected by the patient.
If failure is due to abuse by the patient (example, but not limited to: Biting hard objects, chewing ice, cracking nut shells or crab shells etc)
Remedial work was done at another clinic without prior acknowledgement and approval from Dental Care Group clinics.
Medical conditions leading to negative effects on the dental situation (ie: Smoking, Diabetes or Osteoporosis etc)
Any previously identified conditions that may arise in a likely failure of the restoration.
Any other unforeseen circumstances which is beyond the control of our dentists at Dental Care Group
